Recycling Process
Double Shaft Shredder Pre-Shredding:
The double shaft shredder is used to pre-shred the household appliances, making them easier to handle in subsequent stages.
Metal Hammer Shredder for Further Shredding:
The material is further shredded using the metal hammer shredder, increasing the efficiency of the subsequent separation process.
Airflow and Density Separation:
By utilizing differences in airflow and material density, lightweight non-metals and heavy metals are efficiently separated.
Magnetic Separation:
Magnetic separation removes iron-containing materials, ensuring pure metal recovery.
Eddy Current Separation:
