Waste car shells are first fed into a double-shaft shredder for pre-shredding, followed by a hammer mill for further refinement and impurity removal. A rotary magnetic separator extracts ferrous metals, while an advanced dust control system maintains a clean production environment.
The plant includes cleaning and drying systems that ensure the shredded material purity exceeds 98%, with even higher purity for re-smelting after cleaning. It also provides excellent separation of metals from non-metals.
