The HC-Industry fridge shredding and separation line features a modular design focused on safety, high throughput, and eco-friendly operation. First, each unit is manually disassembled to capture any harmful gases. The shells then undergo coarse size reduction in a primary shredder. A magnetic separator extracts iron with over 98% purity, followed by an eddy current separator that reclaims copper and aluminum with more than 95% efficiency. An electrostatic separator sorts plastics, while a closed foam and dust collection system maintains plant cleanliness and ensures overall purity exceeds 97%.
