Raw Material Feeding: Waste metal, including scrap steel, heavy scrap, and discarded appliances, is delivered by truck and moved to the pre-processing stage. Coarse Crushing and Shredding: A twin-shaft shredder reduces large waste pieces into smaller fragments for easier processing. Fine Crushing: The shredded material is further processed in a metal crusher, breaking it down into uniform particles.
Multi-Stage Sorting: Magnetic Separators: Separate ferromagnetic metals (e.g., scrap steel). Eddy Current Separators & Drum Screens: Sort non-ferrous metals like copper, aluminum, zinc, lead, and tin. Finished Product Discharge: Pure metal particles are collected, conveyed, and stacked separately as reusable raw materials.
