HC-INDUSTRY WEEE Recycling Plant uses the HCD double-shaft shredder as the primary shredder and the HCH metal hammer mill or HCV vertical shredder as the secondary shredder to break up incoming e-scrap. This effectively separates e-scrap composites while keeping batteries and capacitors intact, ensuring a clean material stream. Immediately after the second shredding step, approximately 80% of the material can be separated manually, automatically, or optoelectronically and is ready for sale.
