The HCV Vertical Shredder aggressively reduces material size and increases bulk density while liberating different fractions for easier separation and lower transport costs. Material is first broken in the upper chamber, then ground and rolled by milling rings in the second stage into clean, uniform fragments. Finally, the processed material falls to the lower chamber and is ejected by the discharge paddle. The result is a high-density, clean product ready for efficient handling and transportation.
